Small Group Training memberships are month to month and prices depend on how many days per week you'd like to come in.
You can choose from 1-4 days/week with prices starting at $240 and going up to $399. Each membership includes a bonus cardio day, guidance on what to do outside of the gym and coaching on anything you need along the way!
