Our DIY programs can be adapted for 2, 3, or 4 days a week and are suited for varying levels of experience!

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. You’ll have different levels of exercises to choose from, and you can easily customize your program to create a roadmap that fits your unique schedule, preferences, training experience, and equipment availability.

  • 2-4 days weekly:
    strength, conditioning & mobility workouts

  • 4-week workout program: emailed monthly

  • Monthly Support check-ins & form checks 

  • Built-in options to suit your ability level & equipment access

  • Video demos for each exercise

  • Minimal equipment needed: 1-2 long looped resistance bands

Our individualized online coaching is our most customized option. It’s like having your own personal trainer – but virtually! After connecting with your coach (Erika) and going through a comprehensive movement evaluation and goal setting assessment, you’ll receive your personalized workout program.

Each month you will receive a brand new program that builds off of your previous one, so you’re always progressing and improving.

Want to be held accountable and be motivated? Then this is your best option! You will receive the most specialized training for your needs no matter what they may be. (injury, pre/post-natal, training for a sport, physical limitations, fat loss, muscle gain, increased performance, etc).
