The personalized attention of one-on-one training meets the "we're in this together" energy of your favorite group class. It's the best of both worlds, and honestly? It's kind of magical.

 

With just 4-5 women per session, you get real coaching, real connections, and real results.

WHO'S IT FOR?

Women who are done with cookie-cutter workouts and being told to “just try harder,” and ready for something that actually fits their life,

their body, and their goals.

 

WHAT'S THE VIBE? 

Think: your coach actually knows your name (and your struggles, your wins, and probably your coffee order too). I'll keep a close eye on your form, celebrate your wins, and push you forward when you need that extra encouragement.

 

WHY DOES IT WORK?

Every workout is designed around your specific goals and abilities. Our hands-on coaching ensures you're moving safely and effectively - not just going through the motions.

 

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

 

Month one: You'll feel like a badass who can actually touch her toes (or at least get closer).

 

Month six: Muscles are popping up in places you forgot existed, your jeans fit different (in the best way), and you're carrying all of your groceries in one trip.

 

WHAT MAKES IT UNIQUE?

WE'RE NOT LETTING YOU GHOST US:

Skip a week and you'll get a "hey girl, you good?" text. Disappear for longer? I'm reaching out to make sure you're okay and help you get back on track.

 

PROGRESS PARTIES (AKA CHECK-INS): Consistent check ins where we geek out over your wins, and map out what's next. It's like a strategy session but way more fun.

THE GOODIES: Member perks and challenges, workshops with nutrition and wellness pros and hangouts where we trade gym stories over snacks and maybe some wine. Community vibes all the way.

Small Group Training memberships are month to month and prices depend on how many days per week you'd like to come in.

 

You can choose from 1-4 days/week, and prices start at $209 and go up to $399. Each membership includes a free cardio day, guidance on what to do outside of the gym and coaching on anything you need along the way!
